Daedryon was a former sysop of the "Castle Crashers Wikia," which was hit with mass vandalism in the mid-to-late spring of 2009. After discovering the existence of #iamthewalrus, he decided to play the blame game, putting all responsibility of the vandalism on "the Walrus," because we're renown for attacking random websites and doesn't afraid of anything.

Later that spring, #iamthewalrus began attacks against the Club Penguin Wiki — around the time this Wiki was created. Also around this time, Daedryon, being the self-proclaimed "anti-walrus activist" that he apparently was, let out cries of butthurt, and turned to CPW for /b/ackup to help out the Castle Crashers Wikia and learn moar about #iamthewalrus.

After posting tl;dr PSA's about us on their Wikia, Daedryon got caught up with CPW and taking down the Walrus Wiki. In this fit of nerd rage, he convinced his butt-buddy Tyler Warren to create an article on #iamthewalrus on Encyclopedia Dramatica in a failed attempt to form a personal army from ED users, because as everyone knows, they're the final bosses of the Internet, amirite?! But as it turned out, the "IAmTheWalrusWiki" article was an absolute piece of shit and stirred up literally no reaction from ED users.

Premise

Castle Crashers Wikia

In the April of 2009, Daedryon joined the Castle Crashers Wikia. On April 15, 2009, the egoistical Daedryon decided to request sysop rights from someone named Aburnett:

Hey, at the risk of possibly screwing myself out of any future chance of becoming a sysop, I just wanted to drop you a line, and say I'd love to be a sysop (once I get more edits of course), but I see we already have a few sysops here. However, the Wikia is abit dead lately, and I haven't seen much sysop action, besides you and Crystal Lucario. So if you're thinking of de-sysopping a currently inactive sysop, I'd love to take their place, as I've been checking out the Unused Images/Categories/Templates, and other Special pages, and I've been trying to improve the overall quality of the Wikia. So yeah, that's all. Have a nice day!

Aburnett politely denied Daedryon's request, but on the next day, April 16, 2009, Aburnett gave Daedryon rollback rights. Four days later, Aburnett gave him sysop rights.

On May 17, 2009, Daedryon preemptively blocked an IP address used by a walrus:

Aburnett disagreed with preemptive blocking and removed the block.

On May 18, 2009, a vandal known as User:Bang_My_Face appeared. "Bang My Face" then commenced mass vandalism while the Wiki's sysops were sleeping. Fucking Your MOM!!!!!!!!!! was used in the edit summary of each vandalized page. Bang My Face vandalized over 70 pages before being blocked by a Wikia sysop.

Daedryon then sent the following message to Aburnett:

What happened? I checked the recent changes logs and saw alot of "Fuck your MOM!!!!". What exactly was this vandal adding to the pages? I have a sneaking suspicion he might be from www[dot]iamthewalruswiki[dot]com, as alot of vandals are coming from that website, and are vandalizing the Club Penguin Wiki, and have even announced on their site that they are just vandals. I'm starting to think maybe they've followed me from Club Penguin Wiki, as I was on CPW's shoutbox, talking to some of their members, and there were some IATWW people in CPW's chat as well. I'm gonna be keeping as much of an eye as I can here just incase they do decide to turn their attention to other wiki's.

Aburnett, however, had doubts about it being a walrus:

Well, someone vandalized our wiki (bigtime). Based on the fact that all the pages have common vandalism (ie. the letter "a" was replaced with "penis", the word "the" replaced with "This wiki is being raiped by a huge black cock", and all the edit summaries were "Fucking your MOM!!!!!!", it appears that some used the find and replace function of AWB to deface pages. I'm guessing somebody saw me editing with it yesterday and decided to use it in a malicious manner. Anyway, it wasn't to disruptive, thanks to Eulalia who stepped in and reverted nearly all the edits in the time it took me to revert 4 or 5. I guess it could have come from the walrus wiki, but I don't know, I was looking over their pages and they seem to be devoted to attacking Club Penguin focused sites, nothing more.

After the Castle Crashers Wikia was attacked, Daedryon went to the Club Penguin Wiki in order to get /b/ackup. He started by leaving a message on TurtleShroom's talk page:

I found out who is hosting their website (it's www.server.lu ). I contacted them via email, put some links to some of IATWW's pages, such as their page on Password cracking, Doxing, Denial of Service attacks (DOS & DDOS), etc.

I've informed the server.lu team that the IATWW site is breaking their Terms of Service, as well as the Acceptable Use policy. I've also requested that the IATWW account be terminated ASAP.

Hopefully, the server.lu team will look into this little "problem" and take care of it. Just incase you want to know, no, I'm not a "Walrus". I'm a recent changes patroller, and a Sysop at the Castle Crashers Wikia. We too were just hit by a big wave of vandalism by some guy named "Bang My Face" while I was at work, so I feel your pain. And no, I don't play Club Penguin either. Just letting you know that I'm keeping an eye on this situation, and if you need anything, let me know.

Daedryon then left the following "public message" on the Wikia's Community Portal:

Before I start, I am going to say this;

• I do not play Club Penguin (I'm 21, I'm abit too old for a kids game)
• I do not regularly edit this wiki
• I really don't know why IATWW guys are raiding this wiki, but I've seen as much as I need to see.

What really should be done, is this wiki should be deleted. Now I know alot of you are thinking "What is this guy? An idiot? Why would we delete the wiki?". Simply put, right now, it's a target for vandals, especially those on IAmTheWalrusWiki who are pretending to be internet tough guys. However, I've contacted the company that is hosting their site, and have requested that their website be terminated ASAP, and I've provided links to some of their pages as proof of their illegal activity.

Getting back on track now. Of course, the wiki-deletion would not be permanent. After giving the deletion about a month to let things cool down, a request for a new wiki could be made, and instead of blatantly calling it clubpenguin.wikia.com, call it something else so that it doesn't seem like a Club Penguin wiki.

The Wikia should be made available to Registered and Autoconfirmed users only. No IP edits allowed. That would increase security measures, and you'd be able to see people creating new accounts on the Wikia, and you'd be able to block them before they even vandalize, if you're 100% sure they are a vandal.

I'm seeing alot of...well...for a lack of a better word...pathetic behaviour, on the part of certain people, including one certain user here who's father seems to be intervening in alot of what's been going on lately. I believe I spoke with this users father on your Xat chat room, or it could have been an impostor, or someone just screwing around. Plain and simple, keep your parents out of the Wikia because it just creates drama.

Also, RELIGION. Again, plain and simple, KEEP RELIGION OFF OF THE WIKIA. Religion just creates more drama. That's why I don't have a religion. I don't believe in anything, and because of that, there's no drama in my life.

And finally, the big one. PERSONAL INFORMATION. It seems alot of people are being hacked by IATWW people. KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OFF THE WIKIA. Don't use the password you use on Club Penguin for your Club Penguin Wikia account, or your email. Use different passwords. In the words of me; DON'T TRUST ANYONE. I don't care if someones your friend and wants to use your Wikia account to add something or whatever, don't give him the password. That's what leads to hacking. Also, virus scan your computer on a weekly, or bi-weekly (bi-weekly means every 2 weeks), or even monthly. To better protect your internet, utilize your HOSTS file if you use Windows XP or Vista. Click here to see how to use your HOSTS file to block ads. If you need any help using your HOSTS file, leave me a message and I'll be glad to instruct you on how to get it working. It's just a text file, and it helps keep ads from loading, by redirecting them to 127.0.0.1 (Cannot Be Displayed page).

Daedryon then threatened to send an email about the walruses to the FBI:

I'll say this again. I've emailed the Walrus Wiki's host, www.server.lu, and asked that they terminate the website ASAP, and I'm thinking of sending an email to the FBI.gov website, showing them the illegal content on the Walrus Wiki, and seeing what the FBI has to say. Good idea? Bad idea? I also hope the Walruses are reading this. Hopefully they realize that even though they got away with it before, they aren't getting away with it now that I've gotten involved.

Encyclopedia Dramatica

Deadryon then decided to turn to Encyclopedia Dramatica in order to attack the "IAmTheWalrusWiki." Daedryon, of course, was too much of a pussy to create the article on his own, so he asked his personal servant Tyler Warren to create the article for him. This wasn't the first time Daedryon asked Tyler Warren to do the dirty work for him. Daedryon previously asked Tyler to create an article on CRoadwarrior, since Daedryon was having an argument with him.

Tyler Warren created his User:AnonOfTheWeek09 account on April 2, 2009. Tyler then created the CRoadwarrior article for Daedryon on the same day. Tyler even removed a link to Daedryon's YouTube account when Daedryon requested it.

Tyler later created the IAmTheWalrusWiki article on May 22, 2009. With the article created, Daedryon then decided to be bold and attack the IAmTheWalrusWiki directly. While protecting himself through anonymity (since he's such a coward), he left the following message on Plonk's talk page:

Looks like you faggots got yourselves in deep shit now. Enjoy the subsequent raids on this shithole you call a website which will eventually lead to either this site being DDOS'd or one of your admins being hacked.

On May 23, 2009, Daedryon advertised the new article on the Club Penguin Wiki:

Enjoy! I got a friend of mine with an ED account to start the article, and the higherups of ED have already pitched in to make sure the article is good enough to stay up on ED. In their words, "This article isn't lulz just yet, but its coverage can spark a lollercoaster.".

Spread that link all around this wiki, get your people to pitch in (you need an ED account to edit any pages), but do try to keep the spelling nice and such, otherwise the article could get labelled as sh*t and deleted. Your welcome for taking this war between CPW and IATWW to the next level, and giving CPW the winning edge ;)

Daedryon quits the Internets

After a succession of arguments, edit conflicts, failed trolling on ED and ED's IRC, and baw-filled emails to Wikia admins, Daedyron eventually took it upon himself to leave the Internets forever, deleting his various social networking accounts in a piss-poor attempt at leaving no trace of his existence behind. Unfortunately for him, that is not how the Internet works.
