CPTV stands for Club Penguin TV, owned by Brian Miller, also known as, Heatblast227, a 13-year-old idiot from Marlton, New Jersey that created the xat. Heatblast227 made a blog for CPTV, which is full of fail, of course, like all Club Penguin blogs. He also has a bunch of authors ass-slaves who post loads of shit nobody cares about. Heatblast227 thinks pretty highly of himself, boasting about how cool his name is and how ub0r famous he is on Club Penguin.
