Unlike #iamtheraptor or any other group of impersonating pengfags, #iamthepolarbear refers to a webpage "designed" by one butthurt 12-year-old that spends way too much time browsing ED, trying hard - and failing hard - to sound like one of the cool kids that the aforementioned 12-year-old faggot aspires to be.
This idiot wholeheartedly believes that the more memes he read about on ED he uses in general context, the more like Anonymous he will become. The lulzy thing is that he believes Anonymous is his personal army against #iamthewalrus.
The story

At one point in time, some random tweenager, in between looking up definitions for "OVER 9,000!!!!!" and "barrel roll" on ED, stumbled upon our humble Wiki. In doing so, extreme rage and butthurt ensued, since he himself was most likely a fan of Club Penguin. Using his experience with CSIII, he broke out the heavy-duty Notepad and began ranting in a TL;DR manner about his hatred of #iamthewalrus.
Throughout the rant, the idiot addressed many unimportant things no one cares about, but as a whole, one can interpret that he seems to be a big fan of ED. His warped, 12-year-old mind thinks that Anonymous is his BFFL. Chances are, the idiot has never even visited any *chan because such offensive content would get his ass grounded if his parents found out.
Consequently, all of his ideas about Anonymous come from ED, including his assumption that ED is run by Anonymous and that Anonymous is there specifically to help butthurt faggots like him. The truth is, however, that he can BAWWWWWW all he wants, no one - especially not Anonymous - will ever care about his problems or fight his battles for him.
