Teh Chillout is an "off-topic, or random" Bribble chatroom created by Fluf. Teh Chillout is hated mostly because of Fluf, who is a total and complete bitch to everyone that she doesn't know. Several mini-raids took place on the chat, but the most damage was done during the "official" raid that took place in June of 2009.

Raid occured on June 13, 2009 at 5 PM EST. The raid was a complete success. Walruses used tactics such as NIMPing, spamming and trolling the users.
About the chat
It has five rooms, but the default checked from is the room everyone is actually on, the other four are never used. Each room can hold 20 people, 100 in all. All the rooms have a bot in it. Along with the exploitation of Fluf, she has said she will close her bribble and her blog.

The following words will appear when you say them, but you will be kicked by Davina, the channel bot.

Tactics
You can go on and troll, spam, ect. Most of the moderators there will kick you just for no reason if you are recognized as unknown traffic. Use a simple username to keep them fooled.
WPE Pro
Windoze only, find the equivalent yourselves, UNIXfags. (Unless if you can run it in Wine)
- Download WPE Pro here.
- Extract and open it (DISABLE YOUR FUCKING ANTI VIRUS, NO, IT'S NOT A VIRUS).
- Target Program, select your browser (firefox.exe, safari.exe, etc).
- Hit the play symbol.
- Send a message in the chat (something like "#iamthewalrus," or become creative, mindless idiot).
- Hit the stop sign (not pause).
- Window comes up, look for this packet (will be a SEND packet):
<MESSAGE To="all" From="YOURFUCKINGNAME"><CONTENT><FONT color="#000000">WHATYOUFUCKINGSAID</FONT></CONTENT></MESSAGE>
- Right click on the packet, send.
- Window comes up, in the send box in the lower part of that window, check continuously and set the timer to 100 milliseconds.
- Hit the play button in the window that you're focusing on.
- ????
- PROFIT!
The chat is now being flooded.
Trolling
Since Fluf is such a bitch, she'll put up a fight if you flame her. Try that on the rest of the chillfags, maybe they'll take the bait.
User Flooding
Since it's hosted on Bribble, if we get enough people in there, the regular visitors will be unable to enter the chat. The maximum connections to the chatbox (TO ALL FIVE OF THE ROOMS) is four, and everyroom can hold 20 people (we assume). So, we'll need 13 people to fill up all the rooms, making the chatbox unable to accept any more people (literally a Denial of Service Attack).
Leaving
Fluf has said to Maverick over AIM that she is dropping her Bribble and her blog in trade for her dox being removed. She has claimed to have contacted her local Police department, although it is legal to post information about one. (In the US, in the UK and International Laws.) The dox will not be removed.
