Abbreviated CPPD, the Club Penguin Police Department is yet another group of asspies trying to STOP THE WALRUS LEET HAX0RZ FROM TAKING OVER ALL OF CLUB PENGUIN. It also seems as though Teh Leader of this lulzy group seems to be stuck in CRUISE CONTROL. Though they haven't done anything but make two JewTube videos, they have lots of weapons up their sleeves, such as "Cp trainer 7.0 or fanal version" and "Penguin storm 2.0 beta 7.0". In other words, absolutely fucking nothing.
